Welding
Here at Ameriflex, Inc. we take welding seriously. All of our welders use T.I.G. (tungsten inert gas) and Plasma needle arc welding technologies for joining many types of metals such as aluminum, stainless steel and other high nickel alloys. The reason behind T.I.G. welding is for its superior quality welds. T.I.G. welds can be constructed with or without filler metals. T.I.G welds also offer a precise control of the heat applied to the weld. This control of welding variables allows for a weld that is spatter free and visually appealing.
Each of our professional welders has used the T.I.G. welding methods in a variety of ways. These methods may be used in the metal/alloy fusion process and in instances where cold filler metal is needed in order to enhance structural integrity of the welds. In turn our fully tooled weld booths supply an inert gas back up on full penetration welds (removes unwanted oxides). Our methods, and use of our fully tooled weld booths, offer a low distortion weld that continues on the quality and reliability of Ameriflex, Inc.
Our T.I.G. welds continue to be mechanically strong and visually appealing in all of our current applications. Contact an Ameriflex Inc. representative today for all of our complete welding information.
